Role Overview: We are hiring Business Development Executives to join our growing team in the surgical medical devices industry. This role is ideal for freshers looking to start a career in medical sales or for individuals with up to 1 year of experience. As part of our field sales team, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base, promoting surgical products to healthcare providers and building lasting professional relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the surgical/medical devices market. Promote and sell surgical products to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics and medical distributors. Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospital purchase departments and other stakeholders. Conduct product presentations and support product trials when required. Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs. Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities and customer feedback. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and post-sales service. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in medical, paramedical or life sciences will be given preference. Females are preferred. Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development —especially in medical or surgical devices is a plus. Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently for client visits and market development. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of medical or surgical device sales processes. Existing network in hospitals or experience dealing with healthcare procurement.
